(referred to below as the Service Provider) exercises due diligence in order to protect the privacy of the Website users.

The role of Personal Data Controller concerning personal information stored in the indoorgolfwroclaw.pl website is performed by Indoor Golf Sp z o.o. with registered office under Braniborska 14, 53-380 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by Wrocław-Fabryczna District Court, VI Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000899471, NIP: 8971891690, REGON: 388900510.

Personal data

Users of electronically supplied services available through the Website are asked to voluntarily provide their personal data. Personal Data Controller processes received data in accordance with Article 23(1) of the Act on the Personal Data Protection. The data is gathered mainly in order to implement an agreement and deliver services to the data subjects.

  • factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which the data is processed;
  • properly secured;
  • stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the data were collected.

Personal Data Controller reserves the right to entrust the processing of users personal data in accordance with the Act of Personal Data Protection to third parties in order to enable them to perform specific activities relating to hosting, administration, maintenance and managing of the Website, and also to pursue claims or investigate the circumstances of illicit use of electronically supplied services.

Recipients of personal data

Personal Data Controller may transfer the Website users personal data to service providers specified below for the purpose of operating and administering the www.indoorgolfwroclaw.pl Website, for example to deliver the Services. User rights

Users have the right to control processing of the data concerning them which is kept in data stores of the Service Provider, especially to access the content of their data, have it rectified, supplemented or updated and to correct any personal data, temporarily or permanently forbid further processing, and also to have it deleted if the data is incomplete, outdated, untrue or has been collected in violation of the law or is no longer necessary for the purpose, for which it was gathered.

Personal data submitted by users during registration can be edited and deleted by themselves in the “User Account” section of the Website. Each user has the right to terminate their use of the electronically delivered service, including maintaining the User Account and delivering the Newsletter. System logs

System logs are internal event logs of the Website server which automatically store webpage requests received when users visit the Website. Data gathered in the system logs are used by the Service Provider for an undetermined period of time and only for purposes related to Website administration. This data is not transmitted to any third parties, excluding the circumstances specified in this document.

When users visit the Website, the Service Provider may automatically collect and store in server logs some technical details regarding how the services are used along with sent by the user requests concerning electronic delivery of services, IP address, and technical data about the Website’s behaviour connected with activities carried out by the user, in particular start and end time of every use of electronically delivered service and the scope of it. Service Provider may also collect specific information in order to store it locally on the user’s device using the browser memory mechanism.

In the course of service delivery to the users the Service Provider implements professional technologies to gather and store information, such as cookie files. Access to these cookie files can also be granted to Google via the Google Analytics and Google Ads tools for the purpose of generating web traffic statistics and reports concerning effectiveness of promotional campaigns carried out by the Service Provider using the aforementioned tools.

Data gathered from the Website are stored on professional externally hosted secure servers, under agreements entered into by the Service Provider. The Service Provider takes appropriate precautions in order to safeguard users’ personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure and unlawful use. Website users and the Service Provider are the only parties permitted to process the user data.
